Homeschool World History Curriculum for Connected Learning

Enrollment includes a complete curriculum delivered in eight-week sessions, more than 400 educator training films, printables and lesson materials, Transparent Classroom progress and portfolio tools, live weekly educator support, and access to the School House Member Community. Families also receive ongoing updates and a digital welcome box. Physical TSH Materials Boxes are optional and purchased separately.

The School House homeschool program is designed for learners from Pre-K through 8th grade, generally serving children approximately ages 3 through 12. The curriculum is organized to help families create a prepared learning environment and guide development over time. Parents can use the training films, printables, and support resources to adapt lesson delivery to their learner’s stage.

World history is taught as part of an interconnected curriculum rather than as a standalone, memorization-focused subject. Lessons can weave historical topics into reading, writing, science, art, entrepreneurship, civics, gratitude, kindness, and other areas. This approach helps children see relationships among ideas, cultures, events, and the skills they are practicing across their homeschool day.

The monthly plan is $125 per month per learner and is billed in 10 monthly payments across the school year. The annual plan is $1,200 per learner, paid upfront for the full year. Both options include the same curriculum, support, films, printables, and tracking tools. Optional physical materials boxes are available separately.

Yes. Enrolled families have access to live weekly educator and founder support sessions that include opportunities for questions and answers; these sessions are recorded for later viewing. Separately scheduled live office hours provide additional guidance. The member community also gives parents a place to exchange ideas and find encouragement while implementing lessons at home.

Digital resources, including educator training films and progress tools, support the parent or educator, while learning is designed to take place through lessons, printables, materials, conversation, and a prepared environment at home. This structure prioritizes active participation and hands-on exploration instead of placing children in front of a screen for instruction.

Families use Transparent Classroom, The School House’s progress and portfolio-tracking tool, to document learning and organize records. The platform supports personalized reporting so parents can follow a learner’s development across the curriculum. Keeping progress information in one place can make it easier to review completed work, preserve examples, and maintain a clear homeschool portfolio.
