Free Home Economics Curriculum for Homeschool

The School House offers a free Mighty Networks community that anyone can join for homeschool connection, ideas, and peer support. Its complete The School House Anywhere curriculum is a paid subscription, not a free curriculum. The paid program includes eight-week sessions, educator training films, printables, Transparent Classroom progress tools, live weekly support, and a members-only community.

The School House Anywhere curriculum serves learners from Pre-K through eighth grade. It includes interconnected eight-week learning sessions, more than 400 educator training films, custom printables and lesson materials, Transparent Classroom portfolio and progress tracking, live weekly educator or founder support, and access to the member community. Optional physical materials boxes are available separately.

The curriculum is designed to connect subjects rather than isolate them. Lessons weave reading, writing, math, science, art, civics, entrepreneurship, gratitude, kindness, and practical thinking into a shared learning experience. This approach can help families show how academic skills apply to everyday decisions, responsibility, communication, problem-solving, and community life.

The homeschool program is designed for children roughly ages 3 through 12, covering Pre-K through eighth grade. The School House Anywhere subscription costs $125 per month per learner across 10 monthly payments during the school year, or $1,200 per learner when paid annually. Both plans include the same curriculum features and support. Physical TSH Materials Boxes are optional purchases and are not included in the base subscription price.

No prior formal teaching experience is stated as a requirement. The program provides more than 400 educator training films to help parents understand and deliver lessons. Families also receive live weekly educator or founder support, scheduled office hours, recorded sessions for later viewing, and community access, giving parents multiple ways to ask questions and build confidence.
