Bachelor of Music in Music Education birth-12th grade, Master of Education in Elementary Education 1-6, 3 years of experience as an Educator, 6 years of experience as a private music instructor.
Angelica is a musician, nature-lover and ocean-enthusiast, who has always had a passion for inspiring children through creativity.
Angelica knew that she wanted to be an educator early into her own education. She believes that every child should be given the opportunity to discover, explore and create through endless learning experiences that are both positive and meaningful to their own personal development. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education with emphasis in Instrumental Studies from Long Island University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. During her time at Long Island University, Angelica sat First Trombone in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Symphonic Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, and Trombone Choir. She currently sits First Trombone in the North Shore Symphony Orchestra. Through her studies at Long Island University, she began to have a passion for educating students outside of the music classroom. She is a life-long learner and continues to feed her passion for learning each and every day.
